An Act To Prosecute And Penalize Those Who Used The Wuhan Coronavirus To Remove Fundamental Rights And Liberties

  1. Applies To Any Person(s) Who Was/Is Any Of The Following:
    (a) In Executive Government Position To Direct, Order and/or Implement Policy;
    (b) Had Or Has Legal Or Regulatory Authority To Control Other Humans In Any Way;
    (c) Owned, controlled or directed or lobbied for any organization, institution or business that communicated in any way with the government for restrictions to benefit themselves in any way;
    (d) Owned, controlled or directed mass communication vehicles which satisfy any condition in Section 2 of this Act.
  2. Prosecute And Investigate Anyone Who Satisfies Section 1 And Engaged Or Engages In One Of The Following Conditions:
    (a) Active Intent To Deceive Public;
    (b) Actively Deceiving Public;
    (c) Actively Encouraging Others To Deceive Public;
    (d) Knowledge Of Or Assistance In:
    i. 2 (a), Active Intent To Deceive Public and/or;
    ii. 2 (b), Actively Deceiving Public and/or;
    iii. 2 (c), Actively Encouraging Others To Deceive Public.
    (e) Saw Increase In Deaths Of An Identifiable Demographic Then Did Not Inform Public;
    (f) Oversaw Increase In Deaths Of An Identifiable Demographic Then Did Not Change Course;
    (g) Verifiable Communication(s) Indicating Knowledge Restrictions Were Unnecessary and/or Used For Other Purposes such as for Ideological, Economic, Social and/or Other Reasons;
    (h) Not Following Own Orders To Others;
    (i) Direction and/or Control by the W.H.O. versus local, territorial concerns;
    (j) Direction and/or Control By Chinese National Authorities, Businesses Of Any Kind;
    (k) Communications and/or Direction and/or Control by Private Pharmaceutical Interests;
    (l) Suspension or Removal of Any Fundamental Right and/or Liberty;
    (m) Personal Profit From Work Imposing Restrictions.
  3. New Penalties
    (a) Death Penalty
    i. Automatic Consideration If Three Conditions From Section 2 of this Act are met. For the most guilty as set out in Sections 1. and 2. Preferably by a peaceful method such as lethal injection, in food or through the air;
    ii. Depending upon the Court’s Judgement, in addition to i., removal of all monies, income and resources from the family estate prior to and/or post facto Death;
    iii. Depending upon the Court’s Judgement, in addition to i., removal of all monies, income and resources from the individual prior to and/or post facto Death;
    iv. Depending upon the Court’s Judgement, in addition to Penalties in Section 3 (a) i., ii., iii., Family Members may also face permanent bans on holding any position of any Authority; Permanent Ban on holding any Public Office; Permanent Ban on being a member, volunteer or any other attachment to any Board such as a Board of Governors, whatsoever; Permanent Ban on any Leadership, Supervisory positions of any capacity whatsoever in any organization whatsoever.
    (b) Forced Impoverishment
    i. Removal of all monies, income and resources from the family estate;
    ii. Removal of all monies, income and resources from the individual;
    iii. In addition to Penalties in Section 3 (b) i. and/or ii, a permanent Ban on holding any position of any Authority; Permanent Ban on holding any Public Office; Permanent Ban on being a member, volunteer or any other attachment to any Board such as a Board of Governors, whatsoever; Permanent Ban on any Leadership, Supervisory positions of any capacity whatsoever in any organization whatsoever;
    iv. Only income or resources allowed for the guilty will be standard government welfare until natural death if penalized under Section 3. (b) i. and/or ii.;
    v. Any Person or Group or Institution who provides even a single method of assistance, financial or other lifestyle improvements to those convicted of contravening this Act and penalized under Sections 3. (b) i. and/or ii. and/or iii. will be prosecuted and penalized under the same or worse terms as described in Section 3.
    vi. Removal of all monies, income and resources from the individual without further penalty;
    vii. Imprisonment to be determined by previous Court standards;
    viii. Fines to be determined by previous Court standards.
